May is here — and with it, a softer season of blooming from within.

This month, I find myself not rushing to “put things out” — but instead receiving. Deepening. Allowing my intuition to guide each micro-decision. The calendar is full, but the moments in between are more potent than ever. This is what it feels like to bridge into the becoming.

Honoring the Season of Self-Tuning

I’ve been gently asking myself: Am I creating from desire or depletion?
The answer came while I sat in a meditation, connecting with a future version of myself — the one who had already created and confidently sold the next masterclass. I saw her clearly: grounded, radiant, and yes — with a different hairstyle.

As synchronicity would have it, I had a hair appointment that same week. I watched myself in the mirror — watching her — and said, “Let’s go shorter.” As the scissors cut away the inches, something else lifted. Doubt. Delay. Old patterns. With each snip, I began embodying her. Every glance in the mirror since then reminds me: She’s here now.

And from her presence, ideas began to flow.

Tuning Inward, Offering Outward

This month, I’m holding in-person Chakradance sessions again — and the energy moving through these containers has been potent. For May 5th’s session, I worked with coquindo seeds, sourced intentionally for their protective and abundant vibration.

During meditation, I noticed a disruptive animal spirit circling the seeds, trying to “steal” their energy. It felt almost vampiric — a term I’ll circle back to. I tuned in, asked the seeds for permission to recalibrate, and re-encoded their DNA to return to source-level vibration. Only then did I begin building the energetic container for those who had purchased tickets — and left space for those still on their way.

Energy Vampires: The Other Side of the Mirror

There’s another story I feel called to share. A little more taboo — but deeply real.

A few weeks ago, I attended a big gathering. The energy was high. Laughter, dancing, beautiful connections. But days (then weeks) later, I couldn’t stop thinking about it. Something was... hooked.

I realized I’d run into an energetic vampire — not the mythological kind, but the kind who siphons your life-force energy to fill their own emptiness. The kind that keeps you looping mentally, emotionally, spiritually.

The day I realized this, I couldn’t keep my eyes open. I had to take a nap — and woke up even more drained. That’s when my guides showed me the energetic tether. I cut it. Reclaimed my field. And returned to myself.
