Hi, I’m Rannu — intuitive guide, coach, Chakradance™ facilitator, and the soul behind Charged Heart.
My healing journey began like many others: with a deep sense of numbness, disconnection, and an unshakable knowing that something more was possible. I explored meditation, hypnotherapy, and Reiki — eventually becoming a Reiki Master. These practices helped me tune into the subtle vibrations of the universe... but even then, something still felt incomplete.
I could drop into deep meditations, receive clarity from the unseen, and feel my soul expanding — but my outer life wasn’t reflecting the inner shifts I’d made. That’s when it finally clicked: wishful thinking alone doesn’t change your life. Conscious, grounded action does.
In the world of manifestation and quantum leaping, it’s easy to float in the vision and bypass the body. We aim high, but nothing lands. I realized that transformation isn’t about sudden leaps — it’s about aligned, consistent steps that honor your energy, your values, and your truth.
That shift led me into coaching — where I now help others reconnect to the reality they're actively creating, choice by choice, frequency by frequency. I call it Sacred Framework Coaching: a space to explore what you’re building, and whether your energy, actions, and decisions are truly aligned with the life you want to live.
Chakradance became a beautiful companion on this path. While it doesn’t blend directly with coaching, it holds the same mission: bringing you back into your body and your power. Whether you’re dancing through your chakra system or navigating next steps in your business — it’s about remembering you’re in the driver’s seat.
