This is where my own journey began. I remember walking through the stillness, the water rippling softly at my feet, following a faint shimmer of gold ahead of me. I didn’t know exactly what I would find, but I knew I couldn’t turn back.

Charged Heart was born from that walk — from my own return to sovereignty and my desire to help others find their way back to theirs.

For years, I navigated my own labyrinth of burnout, spiritual disconnection, and the kind of questions that don’t have quick answers. Along the way, I discovered that sovereignty is not something we accidentally stumble into. It’s something we choose to reclaim, piece by piece, as we release what no longer belongs to us and remember who we truly are. Sometimes, we can walk part of the way alone. But other times, we need someone to walk beside us, to help us see the path when our own vision is clouded.

My gift is the ability to see layers within the universe — the subtle patterns and threads that connect one moment to another. I can often trace the root of an energetic knot through different timelines or situations, linking what seems unrelated into a clear picture. It is this clarity that allows me to help others untangle what holds them back, so they can breathe again, feel again, and move forward.

Through Charged Heart, I work with people in ways that create spacious, lasting change. Some choose a gentle pace, receiving a deep energetic clearing and recalibration once a month to help them reset and realign. Others prefer a more consistent rhythm, with weekly clearings and personal coaching snippets that keep them attuned and empowered throughout their daily lives.
