Return Policy for Charged Heart
At Charged Heart, we offer a blend of virtual products and services, alongside in-person experiences in the Vancouver Lower Mainland. Due to the nature of all our offerings, all sales are final.
Our Policy
Whether you've purchased a virtual product or registered for an in-person Chakradance session, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase has been completed and the service or product has been delivered, accessed, or the session has occurred/is scheduled.
This policy applies to:
- Virtual Offerings: Including but not limited to digital downloads, online courses, virtual workshops, and any other non-tangible products or services delivered electronically.
- In-Person Offerings: Including all Chakradance sessions and other events held in the Vancouver Lower Mainland.
Rescheduling In-Person Sessions
We understand that sometimes things come up. For our in-person Chakradance sessions, we offer a limited rescheduling option:
- You may reschedule once if you notify us at least 48 hours prior to your original scheduled session time.
- This single reschedule offer must be completed. If you do not reschedule or miss the rescheduled appointment, you will forfeit your session without a refund.
- We use Calendly, which provides ample reminders to help you remember your appointment.
- Please note: We will wait 10 minutes after the scheduled start time for your session to begin. If you have not arrived or connected within this 10-minute grace period, your appointment will be forfeited.
